畢業生代表向學校獻上了一份特別的禮物——由畢業班同學在VA及STEM科老師的帶領下，親手製作的靜音倉。靜音倉將放置在學生餐廳，幫助營造安靜、舒適的就餐環境。孩子們說，六年來，學校給了他們無數溫暖的記憶和成長的養分，他們也想用自己的雙手，為學弟學妹們留下一份實實在在的禮物。一榫一卯，是感恩的注腳；一釘一板，是傳承的誓言。這份特殊的畢業獻禮，不僅是技能的展現，更是責任與愛的傳遞。

As summer reached its height and the phoenix flowers came into bloom, the Grade 6 pupils of Shenzhen Hong Kong Pui Kiu College Longhua Xinyi School (Pui Kiu Xinyi School) gathered to celebrate an important milestone in their educational journey – their Grade 6 Promotion Ceremony. Gathering together for the last time as primary pupils, they celebrated six unforgettable years with songs, laughter and tears before stepping into the next stage of their learning.

Accompanied by gentle music, the graduates entered the hall with smiles, excitement and a touch of anticipation. Parents had already taken their seats, watching proudly as their children made their way into the venue. From their first days as young pupils to the confident young people they have become today, every step of their six-year journey was reflected in this special moment. Warm applause and joyful cheers filled the hall as families and teachers celebrated their achievements together.

The ceremony officially began with the raising of the National Flag. As the National Anthem was played, students, parents, staff and guests stood together in respectful silence. The solemn ceremony reflected the school's commitment to nurturing a strong sense of national identity while encouraging pupils to develop an open and international outlook through its unique Shenzhen-Hong Kong educational approach.

Executive Principal Dr. WANG Hongjun delivered a heartfelt address, congratulating the graduates on reaching this important milestone and encouraging them to embrace the next stage of their education with confidence and curiosity. She reminded pupils to remain curious in their pursuit of knowledge, passionate about life and determined to follow their dreams. She also encouraged them to strengthen their understanding of Chinese culture through critical thinking and the pursuit of truth, while continuing to broaden their international outlook. Carrying with them Pui Kiu's educational philosophy of integrating science with the humanities and drawing on the strengths of both Chinese and Western traditions, she encouraged them to embrace the next stage of their journey with confidence and purpose.

One of the most memorable moments of the ceremony was the presentation of graduation certificates. Dressed in their graduation gowns, the graduates processed onto the stage to receive their certificates from the school leadership. As each pupil accepted their certificate, their faces lit up with pride and joy. Behind every certificate lay six years of hard work, joyful experiences and personal growth, together with the encouragement and support of teachers and families. The school also presented a range of awards recognising excellence in both academic achievement and all-round development. As the award recipients returned to the stage, the hall filled with enthusiastic applause. Each honour reflected not only individual dedication and perseverance, but also the unwavering support of teachers and parents. Proud families captured these unforgettable moments from the audience.

As a token of gratitude, the graduating class presented the school with a unique gift: the future capsule of silence designed and built by the pupils under the guidance of their Visual Arts and STEM teachers. The capsule will be placed in the student canteen to help create a quieter and more comfortable dining environment. For the graduates, the project was a meaningful way to give something back to the school community that has supported them throughout the past six years. Built with care, every piece embodied the graduates' gratitude, while the completed project symbolised their wish to pass on the kindness and support they had received. More than a demonstration of practical skills, the gift reflected their appreciation, sense of responsibility and hope that future pupils will continue to benefit from the caring environment they have enjoyed.

The lights dimmed as the graduating class took to the stage to present a musical adaptation of The Lion King. Centred on the theme of growth, the performance brought fresh energy to the much-loved story through music, dance and drama.

Simba's journey from carefree childhood, through loss and uncertainty, to courageously embracing responsibility closely echoed the pupils' own experiences of growing up. With powerful voices, they sang of their hopes and aspirations for the future, while their expressive movements revealed the courage to embrace change and growth. Under the stage lights, the audience witnessed the remarkable growth of each pupil as they stepped forward with confidence and determination.

As the ceremony drew to a close, the Primary Choir led the audience in singing the School Song. "Pui Kiu, we remain forever young, forever moving forward. The future is built through the strength and commitment of our youth." The voices of pupils, parents and teachers came together in a heartfelt celebration of the school's values and traditions. As the school song filled the hall, it carried both the pupils' deep affection for their school and their hopes for the future.
